Just as garnish elevates a plain dish into something striking, the gospel is a precious jewel meant to shine through the lives of believers. Paul urges the church in Crete — and us today — to show the beauty of Christ not only in what we believe, but in how we live. When conviction and character come together, the gospel becomes unmistakably visible to the watching world.
